PerezHilton.com has learned exclusively that a laywer for Britney Spears is in court right this minute battling it out with Mark Vincent Kaplan, Kevin Federline‘s high-powered attorney.
Dennis Wasser is asking the court for a continuance. The baby battle was set to begin September 17th, but Britney’s team does not feel ready.
