Brody Jenner and Kaitlynn Carter had an unexpected little run-in this week while partying at an El Lay nightclub!
On Tuesday night, sources are reporting that the pair met up at the grand re-opening party for Nightingale‘s club in Los Angeles — and even though it sounds like things were unintentional, and neither one went there to hang out with the other party, things still got fairly awkward. Oh, no!

According to a source who spoke about the awkward little run-in with Us Weekly, it sounds like the pair didn’t exactly expect to be seeing each other in the club. The insider revealed more (below):
“Both were situated on opposite sides of club, Brody hanging with his boys … Kaitlynn tried to keep a low profile while hanging out with her gal pals who kept watch on [Brody].”
Hmmm… interesting to hear Kaitlynn’s friends would feel like they need to keep an eye on the member of the KarJenner clan, no?!
Apparently, Kaitlynn also left “hand in hand” with “a new man,” according to the reports, which would indicate she’s bounced back fully from both Brody and her other recent ex, Miley Cyrus. Similarly, Brody has been reported as “seen cuddling up to a new woman,” according to The Blast, so we’ve got quite a bit of new love going down in the club. Sorry, Josie Canseco!

Obviously, there’s no shortage of history between Brody and Kaitlynn, who were together for years and even had the world fooled about them supposedly being married for a while, before they split earlier this year in a highly publicized breakup with no shortage of fallout in the aftermath. Brody had moved on for a while there with Canseco, though he appears to be single and back mingling away as of now.
Carter has had even more recent time in the spotlight, thanks to her little late summer fling with Miley, which moved quick as can be and seemed to be white-hot for a while there before it fizzled out quickly. Miley then bounced back (forward?!) with Cody Simpson — and now, if sources are to be believed here, it appears Kaitlynn has a new man too, though we have yet to figure out who it might be.
