Brooke Mueller Assault Charge Likely To Be Dismissed

We bet she’s giving a huge sigh of relief right about now!
It looks like those Brooke Mueller assault charges are gonna be dismissed!
As you recall, she was arrested last December in Aspen for assault and possession of cocaine. She’ll be facing a judge in several weeks for her formal arraignment on the charges.
Here’s what the source is saying:

├óΓé¼┼ôThe assault charge will likely be dismissed because the evidence just doesn’t prove that Brooke touched Llana Little [the alleged victim]. The women exchanged heated words, but Brooke is absolutely adamant that she didn’t lay a finger on Llana and the DA is inclined at this point to recommend the charge be dismissed. This doesn’t mean that Brooke is totally off the hook though. She will plead no contest to a misdemeanor cocaine possession charge and she will likely be sentenced to community service and ordered to pay a fine. She won’t do any jail time though because she is considered a first time offender and this is the sentence that anyone in a similar situation would face.├óΓé¼┬¥

Well, whatever happens, we hope that nothing like this will happen again.
Seriously, she has two kids and really really needs to start thinking of them!
And, if she DID assault that person, we’ll feel bad if they can’t get justice!
