Charlie Sheen‘s wife Brooke Mueller has been ordered to go back to rehab by the Department of Children and Family Services and she better go soon! A source reveals:
“Brooke has to go back to rehab. Brooke and Charlie signed a deal with Pitkin County Department of Social Services — that has now been transferred to the L.A. County DCFS’ case sensitive unit — and they have to abide by the deal.”
This news comes after Brooke left The Canyons in Malibu because of a confidentiality breach. The insider says of Brooke’s decision to leave:
“There’s nothing wrong with what Brooke did. She did the right thing by leaving. The authorities are very happy [with Charlie and Brooke] so far because they have everything in place for the best interest of the children.”
We hope Brooke finds the best treatment facility for her needs and that the staff doesn’t sell her out!

Update: A source close to Brooke tells us, “After learning The Canyon Treatment Center had wrongfully breached her privacy, Brooke Mueller was left with no choice but to leave the facility and immediately and checked herself into a new, undisclosed location to continue her treatment. Child services as previously reported was not involved in this matter whatsoever.”
