Brooklyn Beckham’s family isn’t just feuding with him because they’re angry — they’re deeply worried about him!
According to DailyMail.com insiders on Monday, the 26-year-old’s inner circle fears his wife Nicola Peltz has way too much control over him! While Brooklyn is known for falling “head over heels in love” with women very quickly, his friends and family were left in shock with how fast he was all in on the heiress, a source close to the photographer explained:
“Brooklyn has had other girlfriends, some very long term, but we have never seen anything like Nicola before. This is pure infatuation.”

The pair first met at Coachella in 2017 but didn’t really hit it off until a Halloween party two years later. After that, they were pretty much inseparable. The source went on:
“They met and just a few months later he moved to the States to be with her. He wanted her to be the one. He is absolutely besotted. They have barely spent a night apart since they have been together. It’s like he can’t imagine life without her — he will literally do anything she wants him to.”
“Anything she wants him to”? That could either sound romantic or ominous, depending on what she asks him for. In this case..?
This devotion goes beyond Brooklyn’s usually “soppy” attitude with his girlfriends, his friends claimed. His over-the-top commitment to the actress even has his parents David and Victoria Beckham concerned! Per previous reports, the family calls him “The Hostage,” and their feelings about this romance haven’t changed over time, a friend dished:
“He will do anything Nicola wants. And that has very much been a thing in the fallout.”
Oof. It’s this loyalty that is said to be a key part of the family rift, though it’ll come as no surprise that — despite the drama — Nicola “very much enjoys” the hot sauce entrepreneur’s dedication to her… which only puts him in a terrible position. If he ever wants to reconcile, it’ll mean going against his partner — and that sure as heck won’t go over well!! No wonder he’s chosen, instead, to put up harsher boundaries with his estranged relatives, no matter what they try to do to resolve things…. Sad!
