Survivor Producer Cannot Use Murdered Wife's $$$$ For Defense!

As we previously reported, the sisters of the late Monica Beresford-Redman filed a petition to protect their sister’s assets when her husband Bruce was arrested for her murder.

And the court order was granted on Tuesday! The documents state that Monica’s assets “may not be sold, encumbered or transferred without Court order” … “Specifically, Bruce Beresford-Redman does not have the authority to encumber Monica’s interest.”

Justice was served.
