Buddy Valastro must have been WASTED if he thought his Cake Boss credentials would help him to avoid a DUI charge!
On Thursday, Buddy, aka TLC‘s master baker, was arrested for drunk driving in Manhattan — and now new details have emerged on how whole the incident went down.

According to court docs, a defiant Valastro yelled at the cops:
“You can’t arrest me. I’m the cake boss!”
If the charge against the reality star wasn’t so serious, we would have found this comment extremely funny. Just because you bake cakes on television doesn’t mean the law isn’t applicable to you, Bud!
At Thursday’s court hearing, it was also revealed that Buddy blew a .09, which is above the legal limit of .08.
So disappointing.
Next time use your Cake Boss clout to hail a cab, Buddy!
