Bulgarian Beauty Spread Glorifies Violence Against Women

Here we go…
Bulgarian fashion magazine 12 is causing some controversy with their disturbing new spread titled Victim of Beauty.
The photo shoot, shot by photographer Vasil Germanov, features six images of models who have been severely victimized, including several models with black eyes, burned faces, and slits across their necks and mouths.
While the spread does a good job of presenting beauty in these horrific images, we have to wonder when “edgy” goes too far.
One thing’s for sure – the pictures do have people talking.
