What a great idea! In Scotland, the Inchmarlo Continuing Care Retirement Community is using a bulldog puppy as therapy for its residents!
The residents of the community unanimously adore him. How could they not? Look at those sparkling, droopy little eyes. Charles Skene, Humphrey’s owner stands behind this new therapy, “we have some elderly ladies whose speaking abilities have reduced with age but give the sweetest remarks when he licks their hands.”
His therapy consists of licking ankles, hands, faces and making a fuss. Sounds like the kind of therapy everyone could use!
