Kirsten Dunst is set to take the stand to testify against James Jimenez, the mechanic that robbed the wacktress’ suite at NYC’s SoHo Grand in 2007.
His accomplice, Jarrod Beinerman, pled guilty to burglary charges and was sentenced to four years in prison.
The pre-dawn heist went down while Drunkst was pAArtying with her How to Lose Friends and Alienate People costar Simon Pegg, who will testify as well. The theives took off with a $13,000 Balenciaga purse, $2,500 Marc Jacobs handbag, several pricey accessories, her wallet, credit cards, cash, cell phone, iPod and two cameras.

The defendant is effed anyway! On Wednesday, prosecutors showed video of the two men leaving the hotel with some pretty expensive baggage.
