After 13 years on the air, the BBC’s highest-paid star, Jonathan Ross, is quitting.
The host of shows like his own BBC1 chatshow, Radio 2 show and a film review program broke the news this morning. In a recently released statement, Jonathan said he decided “not to renegotiate” his BBC contract, but insists that the change was motivated by “other considerations” more than $$$.
Why are we having trouble believing that?
It must be the truth though, since nowhere else he goes is going to pay him the same kind of $$$ he’s gotten at the BBC.
Good luck to you, Jon boy!
