
We can’t imagine the pain and shock of the parents of Caleb Schwab, the 10-year-old boy who was killed riding the Verr├â┬╝ckt waterslide last August.
After reaching a settlement with the Schlitterbahn Water Park, Kansas State Representative Scott Schwab and his wife, Michele, are now speaking out.

The bereaved parents told the story of that tragic day on Monday’s Good Morning America — and revealed the final words Scott imparted on Caleb and his 12-year-old brother, Nathan, before they ran off to the Verr├â┬╝ckt:
“Before they took off, I said, ‘Brothers stick together,’ and he said, ‘I know, Dad.’ I said, ‘Look at me. Brothers stick together.’ ‘I know, Dad.'”
