Jordan Peele has done it again! For the trailer for Us he somehow turned the Luniz track I Got 5 On It into a horror anthem, and now he’s done it for the most unexpected artist of all: Beyoncé!
In the first trailer for the Candyman remake (sequel? reimagining?), produced by Peele and directed by Nia DaCosta, the killer with a hook for a hand and an affinity for bees is back, presumably because someone was dumb enough to say his name five times in front of a mirror.
For the soundtrack to the first teaser to the supernatural thriller, what do we hear? A creepy new version of Say My Name by Destiny’s Child! BRILLIANT!
