Oh shiz! A whole new generation of kiddies is going to learn that the power is THEIRS!
Cartoon Network and Transformers producer Don Murphy are reportedly developing a live-action motion picture based on the ’90s-tastic cartoon Captain Planet, which was about an environmentally conscious super hero called upon by various children around the world to stop the destruction of Earth!
How they’re going to adapt this for modern audiences is beyond, but we think that this message is more relevant than ever, so we’ll keep our fingers crossed that somehow they can make it work!
Also – they NEED to get Whoopi Goldberg to come and reprise her role as Gaia!
That would be FIERCE! Ha!
What do U think?? Will U go see a live-action Captain Planet?
