Life after The Office might not be so bad, even if it means dealing with the end of the world!
Steve Carell is looking at a new project to take up his time, amongst several others, called Seeking a Friend for the End of the World. In it, he’d be finding a love interest that could be played by Keira Knightley, as she is circling the project as well.
Here’s the synopsis:
Carell will play a man whose wife suddenly leaves, panicked about the end of the world, but consoled by an old flame, who contacts him to ask if he’ll be with her when the world comes to an explosive end. Except his trip is complicated by his neighbour (Knightley) coming along for the ride and the pair ending up falling for each other.
That description might not sound it, but it IS a comedy, and to us it sounds HIGHlarious!
