Congratulations are in order for Casey Reinhardt, who welcomed her second child with husband Sean Brown!
The former Laguna Beach star revealed on social media that the couple introduced their first son, Sean Duane Brown, on January 18. Sean Jr. joins big sister, Kensington Kelly Brown, who will be two this August.
