As Cate took the stage to thank each one of her lady nominees, she took a pause and said:
“Julia, hashtag suck it…You know what I mean!”
Well Cate, we actually didn’t know what you meant—so explaining the reasoning behind the awkward Twitter speak in the press room after your win was perfect!
The Blue Jasmine stunner revealed:
“It happened in the bar with Ms. Roberts. And that├óΓé¼Γäós all I├óΓé¼Γäóm prepared to say.”
Ooh…mysterious and coy, Miz Blanchett.
We still have no idea what the hashtag comment was for, but judging by Julia’s cackle from the audience, it was all one big joke!
