A deal is very close to being signed that would have Cee Lo star as himself in an upcoming episode of Parenthood. The Voice coach would star alongside Peter Krause and Dax Shepard, whose characters are pals who now own a new recording studio. This could mean the Cee Lo will be the first, but not the last, recording artist to have a role on the show.

Sounds like fun. Helps brings some ratings to the network and he doesn’t have to do much – just be himself! Sweet gig to us!
