After calling off his engagement to Zoë Kravitz, the Magic Mike star took to his Instagram Story on Wednesday to share an early morning selfie of himself after a workout! He wore nothing but a red beanie as he smoldered for the camera, remarking in the caption:
“The only fun thing about 7am training sessions is when they are done bro.”

He also commented about his new facial hair, teasing:
“Also I sort of can’t stand this dirt goatee I have for this character. lol but it’s a vibe for the movie.”

As Perezcious readers know, news dropped late last month that Channing and Zoe called it off after three years together. Supposedly nothing too dramatic happened, they just “grew apart,” according to People, and realized they wanted different things out of life, such as him needing to stay in LA to be near his daughter while the actress wanted to be in NYC. It’s unclear exactly when they broke up, but they are reportedly still “in touch” and there’s “no bad blood,” per Page Six. Good news!
