When you look like Channing Tatum, you can pretty much do WHATEVER you want!
The Vow actor is opening up a bar in New Orleans, appropriately to be named Saints and Sinners, since it will be near the infamous Pat O’Brien’s on Bourbon Street! Channing will soon remodel the space and open it up in the next few months.
Channing says of his new business venture:
“I don’t think I’d ever open a bar anywhere else really, because I don’t want to try to get people there. But people come to New Orleans with a little bit of money in their pocket and they have one thing they want to do with it — and that’s spend it and party with it and go crazy. And I want to help facilitate that.”
Tatum isn├óΓé¼Γäót completely unfamiliar with NOLA…his father is from there and he recently stayed there while filming 21 Jump Street with co-star Jonah Hill, who also fell in love with the city.
The actor states:
“I think Jonah wrapped it up perfectly: He said it’s like the bad-kid island in ‘Pinocchio.’ The Bourbon Street area, Frenchmen, everything. It’s just such a vibrant place. I love it down there…”
A shirtless Channing can definitely get ALL of our Mardi Gras beads!!!
