Channing Tatum Was Turning Down Roles To 'Spend More Time' With Jenna & Their Daughter!

Fans continue to be heartbroken over Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan Tatum‘s decision to separate, wondering what went wrong.
While it’s being reported the former flames are having a hard time transitioning, the Magic Mike star’s team is seemingly trying to make it known the actor was doing what he could to be with his wife and four-year-old daughter Everly.

A source told People how the 37-year-old hasn’t been on location for a movie since 2016 when he made Logan Lucky:

“He was actually turning down jobs to spend more time with family.”

Even in 2017, Channing apparently only took one one job: a small voiceover gig for the animated movie Smallfoot right in Los Angeles.
But even despite their separation, the pair still maintain a good relationship:

“They honestly do still love each other and that’s not just for show. That love turned more into a friendship rather than the passion they felt when they first met and fell in love.”

Rather, it sounds like they just grew apart a bit:

“That almost made it harder for them to decide to separate because there weren’t any huge issues, and there’s not one person to point a finger at as the one who screwed up.”

They can’t say they didn’t try, right??
We continue to wish them and their family the best.
