Charges Dropped Against Michael Lohan At Kate Major's Request

So long as they don’t get back together!
On Wednesday, a Hamptons judge agreed to drop second degree harassment charges against Michael Lohan at the request of Kate Major.
And the order of protection against him was also dropped, but the judge added that if Lohan is arrested again in the next six months, it will be re-filed against him.
Guess getting kicked in the face isn’t a big a deal as it used to be!
