Charlie Sheen‘s domestic violence case was supposed to take place in Aspen today, but the hearing has been rescheduled!
A source close Brooke Mueller says Sheen’s wife had an emergency wisdom tooth removal earlier this week and was ordered by her doc to remain in bed for 72 hours!
Mueller’s attorney offered for his client to appear via telephone, but the judge made it clear that both Charlie and Brooke need to be physically present for the hearing and rescheduled it for Friday.
…And that’s the tooth!
