‘s career at CBS may be over, but his accusers are just getting started telling their stories.
In a new report published by The Washington Post, 27 additional women accused the TV anchor of sexual misconduct, with alleged incidents dating back all the way to 1976.
The women accused the TV anchor of inappropriate behavior like making lewd comments and groping, and claim that the incidents were reported to the network as early as 1986.

Former research assistant Joana Matthias alleged that Rose “exposed his penis and touched her breasts in the NBC News Washington bureau where they worked” back in 1976, adding:

“This other personality would come through, and the groping would happen.”

When Annmarie Parr was working as a news clerk in 1986, Rose allegedly made “lewd, little comments” about her looks and asked her how often she had sex. Parr claimed she told a senior producer about Rose’s behavior, and was told in response:

“Fine, you don’t have to be alone with him anymore.”

The Post added that seven women sued CBS in ├óΓé¼╦£86 after claiming that Rose was “offensive and hostile” to female employees while co-anchoring the show Nightwatch.

Plantiff Beth Homan-Ross alleged that Rose would not only make comments about her body, but would be naked when she dropped off material at his house or would invite her to come into his bathroom while he showered.
Rose would continue this voyeuristic act with his assistants decades later, according to Kyle Godfrey-Ryan — who, in an earlier report, claimed that Rose walked nude in front of her over a dozen times while she worked in one of his NYC homes in the mid-aughts.
The Post‘s report detailed even more recent incidents, such as when Rose allegedly “forcibly kissed” an employee during a holiday party in 2011 and, a month later, told another worker, “Damn, you look good on TV,” while grabbing her buttocks.
The 75-year-old responded to the report in an email to The Post, saying the story is “unfair and inaccurate.” We’ll let you decide who to believe here…
