Charlie Sheen is reportedly ready to take on Brooke Mueller in a court of law tomorrow, and has given his estranged wife notice that he and his lawyer will be asking a judge to undo the restraining order that prohibits the actor from seeing his kids!
Holy shiz!
Frankly, we’re not sure what’s scarier: what he’s capable of saying or doing in front of a judge or the reality that his kids could technically be back in his custody by tomorrow, depending on how this all goes.
We’re sincerely hoping that the latter does NOT happen.
Yuck.
