Though she JUST checked herself into rehab yesterday, Brooke Mueller has just arrived at the courthouse in Los Angeles to stand before the judge who is deciding whether or not to revoke her custody agreement with Charlie Sheen and grant him physical and legal custody of their twins.

This is going to get ugly, for sure! Neither one of them is going to back down – and neither one has a solid enough argument to prove they are fit to watch their kids!
