Charlie Sheen is NOT happy with ex Brett Rossi.
As we previously reported, the porn star is suing her former fiancé for allegedly bullying her into getting an abortion last year AND for not initially telling her about his HIV-positive status when they first got together. Yikes!
However, in court documents released on Monday, the Two and a Half Men alum once again shut down his ex’s claims by calling her an “extortionist” and “prostitute.”

Those are certainly fighting words!
Martin Sheen‘s son denies that he forced Miz Rossi to get an abortion and that the XXX star was well aware of his medical condition when they were together. The Anger Management actor is defends that the blonde beauty is using his Today show confession as a money making opportunity.
The petition states:
“This is a case by an extortionist, Scottine Ross aka Brett Rossi . . . who gets paid for sex as a prostitute and a porn star…attempted to extort millions of dollars by disclosing Sheen’s medical condition even though she had signed a confidentiality agreement.”
Eek! Apparently, Rossi had planned out a media tour to coincide with the filed lawsuit and press release in order to put pressure on the Red Dawn heartthrob.
The document continued:
“Rossi is banking on the fact that Sheen will pay her millions of dollars to avoid the negative publicity surrounding this action… [Rossi was ] well aware of Sheen’s medical condition…was the one who insisted upon having unprotected sex with Sheen.”
The legal paperwork also shares that Brett’s work as a sex worker meant she had “hundreds, if not thousands of sexual partners” which exposed her to the risk sexually transmitted diseases. That seems like a bit of a low blow.
Reportedly, Charlie and co. believe that Rossi is attempting to get revenge on the A-lister for breaking off their engagement. That’s an extreme reality if that’s true!
Charlie’s defense added:
“He never kicked, choked, dragged, shook, or struck Rossi, and he never threatened to kill her or forced her to have an abortion, as she wildly alleges. In fact, Rossi told Sheen that she was taking birth control pills during the entire course of their relationship.”
Whoa! Sheen even went on to say that Brett was the violent one — not him.
This is turning into quite the he said/she said case already. It’ll be inneresting to see how this entire thing plays out in court.
