Charlie Sheen might be a little bit pissed about his Christmas plans, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t have ANYTHING to be happy about — a judge not only just let him off the hook for violating a gag order, but also gave him a path to 50/50 custody of Bob and Max!
Charlie was in deep doo-doo for running his mouth about Brooke Mueller, the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services and the judge (Charlie called him “dishonorable judge douchebag.”)!
Luckily, Brooke said she had no interest in pushing the issue so the judge let the MaSheen off the hook… and then he granted him 2, 2-hour monitored visitations with his twins! If DCFS gives him good reviews, he’ll eventually get his custody restored to 50/50!
So this Christmas isn’t so bad after all, Charlie!
