Charlie Sheen wants the world to know – he’s not trying to cut off Brooke Mueller completely!
Previously we reported that Charlie wanted to stop paying Brooke child support payments since the twins they had together, Bob and Max, were living with Denise Richards now.
But apparently Charlie just wants to reduce the amount he’s paying to Brooke!
Here’s what a source said:
├óΓé¼┼ô[Charlie’s lawyers] are asking the judge to reduce the child support payment to Brooke at this time, since she doesn├óΓé¼Γäót have custody of the boys and is currently in rehab. It├óΓé¼Γäós a child support modification request. Charlie doesn├óΓé¼Γäót want to completely cut her off, and doesn├óΓé¼Γäót want to kick her when she is down. However, he doesn├óΓé¼Γäót think it├óΓé¼Γäós fair that he should pay the entire $55,000.├óΓé¼┬¥
We certainly agree that it would seem a tad cruel to cut off Brooke from any money as she attempts to get clean.
And as long as Denise refuses to accept any money from Charlie for taking care of his kids – we guess the Anger Management star can afford to dish out a little extra dough.
Which he seems okay with – as long it isn’t the $55,000 he’s shelling out now!
