According to reports, the actor with a shaky reputation was at his El Lay dentist’s office last Thursday to treat an abscess. When a dental technician tried to place a mask over his mug for a dose of nitrous oxide, Charlie FLIPPED OUT.

While no one was hurt, the technician told police that the bad boy tried to strike her with a knife before his bodyguard intervened and unveiled that Charlie was high on rock cocaine.
Whether or not the office will press charges for battery and felony assault remains a mystery.
We would say it’s time for Charlie to take another trip to rehab, but how many chances can one guy get??!
