Ah! A question many seem to be wondering, as the former mess of an actor has made quite a few public appearances as of late, appearing clean-shaven, lucid, and considerably healthier-looking!
And as much as we’d like to think that Charlie Sheen is truly reformed, it appears as though this may just be one giant marketing move to secure himself back in the industry and public’s good graces – so he can successfully sell his new series, Anger Management, to the cable and broadcast members expected to be pitched it later in the week!
Between his Comedy Central Roast, his sudden clean image, his hiring of a well-respected showrunner in the experienced Bruce Helford, and his nearing the end of his legal battle with Warner Brothers – it appears that all the pawns have fallen into the exact right places for him to be able to convince potential buyers that he’s reformed and not a liability!
We just hope that there is at least SOME sincerity behind his recent behavior, and that he doesn’t just fall back into old habits once he has his own show again!
Enough is enough!
