Charlie Sheen has given up legal custody of Sam and Lola, the two kids he has with Denise Richards.
He signed the agreement after Denise became concerned with his marital and sobriety issues, although it has not been filed in court yet.
Denise now has the rights to make medical and schooling decisions for 6-year-old Sam and 4-year-old Lola without having to get Charlie’s permission.
The actor still has visitation rights and is paying $50,000 a month in child support. And if he divorces Brooke, he’ll have another $55,000 a month in child support – and that won’t even include medical and school expenses.
