Final Four Episodes Of Two and A Half Men Cut!

As you can imagine, the crew is livid.
Let us paint you a picture of this:
You’re an average industry Joe, working your butt off on a show as a camera person or a grip. Your salary, just like everyone else’s, is based on how many episodes your show churns out a season. Now, imagine that a whopping four episodes was cut. That’s a month’s work time lost! That’s a month’s paycheck gone! And this is exactly the horror that is facing the crew of Two and A Half Men.
First, they had to deal with the uncertainty of the show not coming back at all due to Charlie Sheen’s latest shenanigans. Now, despite the fact that Charlie seems ready and willing to get back to work (and we use the word “ready” loosely), show creator Chuck Lorre has decided he only wants to shoot four more episodes, then close the season out.
We can see why he’s doing it – less episodes means less time dealing with Charlie’s antics. But has he ever considered letting Jon Cryer carry an episode? Maybe he and the kid would do alright without Charlie around for a couple of story-lines. Wouldn’t it be worth it to try so a hundred or so people don’t go a whole month without a paycheck! C’mon!
Such a shame. More hardworking people struggling. Doesn’t seem fair.
