On Saturday, it was reported that Charlize adopted her second child, an African-American baby born in the United States. The little one joins big brother, four-year-old Jackson.

So, what’s the gender and name of the new addition? According to an insider, Theron is the proud new mama of a baby girl named August! So gorgeous!
What’s interesting about this situation is that the actress’ recent ex, Sean Penn, had plans to adopt with the 39-year-old when they were together. Sean even wanted to become the official daddy to Jackson!
With or without Penn, we know Charlize is going to be a FABULOUS mommy to this new baby! Congrats!
