Chelsea Handler took an “intimate” approach in her fight for horseless carriages in NYC. The talk show host sent a letter to Mayor Bloomberg.
She begins the letter with the following:
You’re a man who has money, and I’m a woman who loves money.
She then drops $15K for a donation!
Her biggest argument is that the eco-friendly carriages go for 10-12 hours on one charge, which is longer than her vibrator.
