Oh do tell!
Cher has moved on from criticism to talking about more personal issues.
Recently, she talked about the relationship with her child Chaz Bono, and the hard time she had with her daughter Chastity becoming her son Chaz.
Here’s what she said:
“I didn├óΓé¼Γäót have a hard time in the beginning when Chaz came to see me and told me, ‘This is what I want to do.’ I said, ‘Well, if you├óΓé¼Γäóre miserable, then you├óΓé¼Γäóve got to do it.’ But then as it was starting to happen, you know, it├óΓé¼Γäós a strange change for a mother to go through. It was difficult, but now I don├óΓé¼Γäót think about it so much. it├óΓé¼Γäós turned out well.”
We’re so glad that Cher and Chaz were able to patch out their differences to save their relationship.
A mother-child relationship is a terrible thing to let go to waste!
The singer also explained how Chaz kept going back and forth about the decision for years before finally deciding what the right move was.
Here’s what she said:
“He├óΓé¼Γäód talk about doing it, then he would go off it. Then he finally did it. It├óΓé¼Γäós a huge decision ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ not something you make lightly.”
It certainly isn’t. But Chaz is sure that it was the right one, and that’s all that matters to us!
