The British babe revealed her I Wish concert would start out in perezzzidential Washington, DC and finish up in sunny El Lay!
An added bonus: Our fav X Factor cuties Fifth Harmony will be rocking the stage with Cher!
Since our current obsession is their new single, Miss Moving On, we are SO not mad about this!
