Our hearts go out to Molly Glynn's family, friends, and co-stars.
Last Friday, Molly was enjoying a bike ride in Chicago with her husband, Joe Foust, when tragedy struck.
Unfortunately for the 46-year-old Chicago Fire actress, Molly was struck by a tree when a sudden storm took the couple by surprise. Though Molly was wearing a helmet, she wasn't able to recover from the extensive injuries.
In a heartbreaking Facebook post, Joe wrote:
"I couldn't save her. I couldn't save her. She's gone."
Ugh, we can't even begin to imagine the pain Joe is experiencing right now!
Molly's Chicago Fire co-star, Christian Stolte, also tweeted:
"It's truly a sad day for Chicago's acting community and the fans of Chicago Fire."
We send our condolences to anyone who knew or was moved by Molly.
