Woman Sues Chick-Fil-A After Being Fired To Be A 'Stay Home Mother'

Chick-fil-A is not only anti-gay, but doesn’t want women with children working there either.
The fast food company, which has come under fire since president Dan Cathy openly stated his opposition to same-sex marriage, is now facing a gender discrimination lawsuit.
Brenda Honeycut alleges that the owner and operator of Duluth, Georgia’s Chick-fil-A fired her so she could be a “stay home mother.” Despite her “satisfactory-to-above-satisfactory” employment history with the company, owner Jeff Howard “routinely made comments to the plaintiff suggesting that as a mother she should stay home with her children.”
It sounds like the people running Chick-fil-A think that everyone should live their life the way that the company sees fit.
Since she was working at a fast food restaurant, we’re going to assume she needed the job. If money wasn’t an issue, we’re sure Honeycut would have LOVED to stay at home with her children, but they have to eat!
To top it off, the plaintiff was replaced by a man — a proven pattern of discrimination against female employees at other Northern Georgia Chick-fil-A joints. Disgusting.
