On to the next one!
The Child Protective Services of Los Angeles has already talked to Willow Smith twice AND Will Smith and Jada Pinkett-Smith about the now infamous shirtless pic — and now they’re moving to the only non-Smith person involved in this crazy story!
The CPS’s investigation has so far run pretty smoothly, but the length of their questioning is expected to run for another few weeks… and the next person they want to talk to is 20-year-old former Hannah Montana star Moises Arias!
Although he doesn’t have to talk to them if he doesn’t want to!
Here’s what a source said:
├óΓé¼┼ôSocial workers would like to talk to Willow├óΓé¼Γäós friend, Moises, about the photo which depicts them on the same bed together. This is standard procedure for all investigations. There have been no allegations of any wrongdoing or illegal activity by Moises. Willow has already been questioned twice, along with her parents, Will and Jada. Moises is under no obligation to talk to authorities.”
The aim of this investigation seems to mainly consist of the question of whether there is enough supervision at Will and Jada’s house — that’s all! Here’s what a source said:
“Social workers just want to make sure there is proper adult supervision of the children in Will and Jada├óΓé¼Γäós house. Willow was questioned on two separate occasions by social workers from Child Protective Services. Once in the presence of her parents, and the second time, Willow was alone with the social workers. This is how all investigations are handled. Both Will and Jada have also been questioned. At this point, the investigation remains open, and won├óΓé¼Γäót be closed for at least another few weeks.├óΓé¼┬¥
As for the cooperativeness of Will, Jada, and Willow — apparently it’s been outstanding!
They aren’t happy about being investigated of course, but they’ve been nothing but super cooperative!
Or at least that is what this source said:
“Will and Jada have been extremely cooperative with officials. Of course, they aren’t happy that their parenting skills are under scrutiny, but they understand. The department is legally obligated to investigate all inquiries from the public. They are legally obligated to do so… Imagine if something horrible happened to Willow, and social workers ignored it….there would be a huge outcry as well. The goal and sole focus of DCFS is to make sure that children are in safe and loving environment.”
Willow, for her part, is adamant that NOTHING happened between her and Moises! In fact, if anything, he’s part of Willow’s family! Plus he is Jaden Smith‘s best bud!
A source said:
“She made it clear that nothing inappropriate had happened with Moises. Moises has been friends with Willow and older brother Jaden, for years. The Smith├óΓé¼Γäós treat him as one of the family, and know he wouldn├óΓé¼Γäót take advantage of that trust.”
We’re glad to hear that!
Especially since he’s 20-years-old and Willow is only thirteen!
Hopefully no curveballs will be found in this investigation, and everyone can get back to their normal lives — without any more shirtless pictures, of course!
