Chinese Toddler Passes Away After Hit And Run

So sad!
Earlier this week we told you about the two-year-old in China was was ignored after a hit-and-run accident where a van ran her over. In fact, 18 people passed by before she was hit by another car.
Awful!
Sadly now, the little girl passed away earlier today.
Such a tragedy!!!
