The trailer for the CHiPs reboot dropped Wednesday night, but not everyone is excited about it!
On Thursday, the original TV series’ star Larry Wilcox took to social media to share that he HATES Warner Brothers‘ upcoming buddy cop flick.

Larry’s role as officer Jon Baker has been taken over by Dax Shepard, while Michael Pe├â┬▒a has adopted Erik Estrada‘s character, Frank “Ponch” Poncherello.
The 69-year-old took to Twitter to announce just how much he hates the comedic, reimagined version of the drama series, writing:
Way to go Warner Bros – just ruined the Brand of CHIPS and of the Calif Highway Patrol. Great choice!

The actor ESPECIALLY did not like one joke that featured Michael’s face smacking into Dax’s penis, ranting in a since-deleted tweet:
“so now we promote the CHP rubbing their d*cks in someone’s face…..unbelievable WARNER BROS…..unbelievable!”
He continued to rant, posting:
@RMaxwellKXAN TASTE in America……thanks Warner Bros…..and to all the little kids who have started watching CHIPS on Me TV-Sorry!

Larry even capped off his Twitter tirade by sharing an anti-Black Lives Matter slogan:
BLUE LIVES MATTER!

We understand being disappointed in a remake, but he definitely could’ve worded that last post better…
