Chris Beat Her Down has just been charged with assault by means likely to create great bodily injury and (the more serious) making criminal threats.
The douchebag will be arraigned in a Los Angeles court later this afternoon.
If convicted, he can serve up to 9 years in jail – on just the criminal threats charge alone!
Wethinks he’ll likely plead guilty.
And if he does plead no contest, do U think he still has a career in the future?????
