This might be REALLY big…
Karrueche Tran is reportedly prepared to testify against Chris Brown in court over allegations that he kicked her down a flight of stairs, punched her in the stomach, threatened to shoot her, and made death threats against her.
For the last two months, Tran’s legal team has been after Breezy, trying to serve him with papers until they finally got him on Thursday night.

And now, we know why she’s been so dogged about going after Chris with the process server: according to TMZ, Tran is not backing down and will stand in court and testify to what Chris allegedly did to her during their relationship.
Sources say that this is a long process for Karrueche, obviously, and that she’s doing it in part to see justice against CB, and in part because she wants to inspire other women in these situations to come forward, too.
This is doubly interesting because Rihanna did not want to work with authorities against Chris a few years back, seeing as how difficult that entire ordeal was for her.
Chris took a plea deal on those abuse charges against Rihanna, and she was never called to testify — but it sounds like now, courageously, CB may not be able to do that again.
The court proceedings are still a ways off, so we’ll keep up to date with what’s going on as it comes up, but for now, wow. This could be REALLY big.
