We were all braced to finally find out the fate of Chris Brown! But now we totally have a case of legal blue ballz; the trial date has been postponed!
After Chris’ bodyguard Christopher Hallosy was found guilty for the Washington, D.C. assault charge, Breezy’s legal team have decided they want him to testify in Chris’ trial!
Unfortunately now the prosecution and defense need time to negotiate whether Hallosy will be granted immunity for any crimes he admits to on the stand!
Does this mean Hallosy is going to cop to the entire incident, clearing Breezy?? Chris’ ace attorney Mark Geragos says:
“I don’t think that there’s any doubt Chris Brown is not guilty.”
He seems awfully sure! What does he know that we don’t?
All we can say is we hope justice really is served. In any case, barring another delay, that justice will start when the trial commences on Wednesday.
