Norah Jones Channels Chris Cornell In The Last Place He Ever Played

Chris Cornell was a rock god, so it’s no surprise we’ve heard a lot of musical tributes from that world.
But this is one we didn’t expect.
Norah Jones transformed the Soundgarden hit Black Hole Sun into a stripped down, bluesy piano dirge, and it is simply haunting.

Oh yeah, Norah was performing Tuesday night at the Fox Theatre in Detroit — the same venue where Chris performed for the last time the night he died.
Like we said, haunting.
