Chrissy Teigen isn’t afraid to admit she’s gone under the knife.

During an event promoting her new makeup palette with Becca Cosmetics, the 31-year-old revealed she’s nearly gotten work done on everything (except for her cheeks) — and has even had liposuction on her armpits! Yes, really!
Honestly, we didn’t know you could even do that.

When asked about her signature round cheeks, the new momma admitted those are all Chrissy:
“Everything about me is fake except my cheeks.”
Then with a laugh she pointed to her forehead, nose, and lips saying:
“Fake, fake, fake.”
As for her armpits, John Legend‘s bride had nothing to hide:
“I had an armpit sucked out, which was one of the best things. It’s a big secret, but I don’t care. It was nine years ago or so. And I had two inches to my armpit. Now it’s back though, so now I’ve gotta pay for [liposuction] again. It was so easy. It made me feel better in dresses; I felt more confident. It was the dumbest, stupidest thing I’ve ever done. The dumbest, but I like it, whatever. I have no regrets, honestly.”
