In the tradition of Deep Impact and Armageddon, Antz and A Bug’s Life, two nearly simultaneous movies about climbing Mount Everest will be duking it out at the box office soon!
And Christian Bale and Tom Hardy are going to be the combatants!
Christian is in talks to play the lead in Everest, the true story of a tragic 1996 climbing expedition.
Tom is being courted for another film tentatively titled Everest, the true story of a tragic 1924 climbing expedition.
Sounds like it’s going to be close, but we think Tom might have the jump by about 72 years! LOLz!
