Earlier today we found out that Mexican actor and singer Christian Chavez was arrested after getting into a fight with his boyfriend, and now we have some details on what led to the violent outburst!
According to his now-ex-boyfriend Ben, the whole thing was sparked by a tweet he sent out that had a picture of the star dressed in drag!
Apparently the two had been broken up for about a month, but were still living together in what sounds like an EXTREMELY hostile environment.
Worried that the photo would damage his reputation, Christian began lashing out at his ex in odd ways, and things came to a boiling point when Ben woke up one night to the actor filming him in his sleep!
Things quickly turned physical when he confronted Christian and he says he had to lock himself in the bathroom to call 911!
Police arrested both men for domestic violence charges and found damage done to the surrounding walls and doors where the fight took place!
Apparently this isn’t the first time cops were called to the apartment when things got heated between the two, but hopefully it will be the last.
