Cindy Crawford explains that she follows the 80/80 diet, which dictates that she eat “80% good, 80% of the time.” She said that she likes a protein shake or oatmeal for breakfast so that she gets a healthy jump-start to her day.
We love the simplicity behind this diet! And not only that, but it means that you won├óΓé¼Γäót deprive yourself of little pleasures that can be so vital to sticking with a diet in the long run. Too much deprivation can be miserable — don├óΓé¼Γäót forget to treat yourself in little ways!
